Due to the nature of food products, our refund and return policy is carefully structured to ensure safety and quality.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product upon arrival
  • Expired product received

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or consumed products
  • Improper storage after delivery (e.g., melted chocolate due to heat exposure)

3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

4. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit (if applicable)
